The Queer Tarot Party at Persephone’s Kitchen

Queer Block Island partnered up with Persephone’s Kitchen every Thursday to read tarot and play chill music for people looking for a non-drinking alternative to the nightlife options on Block Island. We booked drag queens, jazz bands, indy vocalists, and house dj’s and catered to a family friendly audience. With the name ‘Queer Tarot’ we provided a safe space for young teens to begin their coming our journeys.
